Landolt-Börnstein - Group III Condensed Matter Magnetization and Curie temperature


This chapter illustrates magnetization and Curie temperature of rare earths. The temperature dependences of magnetizations for some RF10V2Nx and RFe11TiNx compounds are shown. These compounds are ferromagnetic when R is a light rare-earth or Lu and Y, and ferrimagnetic when R is a magnetic heavy rare-earth. Saturation magnetization and Curie temperature Tc of R2Fe12-yMyAx compounds (M = Ti, V, MO; A = N, H) are listed.
