7.2.1.2.2.3 Permanent magnet properties of Fe-Mn base alloys as dependent on the preparation technique

Abstract

This chapter provides a survey of magnetic properties of Fe-Mn base alloys as dependent on the preparation technique. Relation between remanent induction Bt and the coercive force BH c of Fe-Mn-Ti-Cu-Cr is plotted. The coercive force and the relative remanent magnetic induction as dependent on the annealing temperature of Fe-Mn is shown. Permanent magnet properties versus annealing time for Fe-Mn-Ti and Fe-Mn-Ti-Cu, permanent magnet properties versus annealing time for various annealing temperatures Fe-Mn-Ti, and permanent magnet properties of the alloy versus degree of rolling of Fe-Mn is figured out.
