Abstract

This chapter contains figures for an organic crystal in contact with an isotropic medium. Dispersion curve for surface electronic polaritons on the ab face of crystalline C14H10 (anthracene) in contact with polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA), obtained by the Otto ATR method is shown. Dispersion curves for surface exciton polaritons on different faces of γ-cyclopropyl-bis(1,3,3-trimethyl-indolenine-2-yl) pentamethinium fluoroborate (CTIP), poly-2,4-hexadiyne-1,6-diol bis(p-toluene sulfonate) (PTS) in contact with air, obtained by the Otto ATR method are illustrated. Four branches of the dispersion curve for surface phonon polaritons on the surface of Urotropin (hexamethylenetetramine) in contact with air, obtained by the Otto ATR method is shown.
