Mechanical and physical properties of alloys and metals

Abstract

The detailed description about the mechanical and physical properties of different alloys and heavy metals are given in this chapter. Young's modulus, thermal conductivity, specific heat capacity, thermal expansion coefficient and density of non-ferrous alloys and heavy metals are studied using experimental as well as theoretical methods. This chapter also provides the mechanical properties of different alloys and heavy metals after cold deformation.
