Magnetic, thermal and mechanical properties of B-Fe-Nb-Zr alloys

Abstract

This chapter provides magnetic, thermal and mechanical properties of B-Fe-Nb-Zr alloys. DSC curves, glass transition temperature, activation energy, crystallization temperature, supercooled liquid region, melting temperature, liquidus temperature, critical cooling rate, Vicker’s hardness, tensile strength, fracture strength, magnetization, Curie temperature and coercivity are notable among the properties reported here.
