Abstract

This chapter provides the general physical, structural, thermal, mechanical, magnetic and electrical properties of Cu-Ni-P-Pd alloys containing different ratios of the element. Mass density, diffusivity, penetration profile, diffusion, Vickers hardness, Arrhenius plot, glass transition temperature, elastic shear modulus, loss tangent, enthalpy of crystallization, enthalpy of fusion, entropy of fusion, resistivity, compressive stress-strain curve, quadrupole splitting, incubation time, isomer shift, liquidus temperature, electrical conductivity, critical cooling rate, eutectic temperature, annealing temperature, tensile fracture strength, fracture strain, Charpy impact fracture energy, quasi-eutectic melting temperature, melting entropy, melting enthalpy, shear modulus and activation energy are notable among the properties reported here.
