Structural, thermal, mechanical and corrosion properties of Cu-Ta-Ti-Zr alloy

Abstract

This chapter provides the structural, thermal, mechanical and corrosion properties of Cu-Ta-Ti-Zr alloys containing different ratios of the element. X-ray diffraction profile, corrosion rate, differential scanning calorimetry curve, glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, compressive stress-strain curve, Young's modulus, elastic elongation, yield strength, compressive fracture elongation and compressive fracture strength are notable among the properties reported here.
