Structural, thermal, mechanical and magnetic properties of Fe-Ni-P-Pd alloy

Abstract

This chapter provides the structural, thermal, mechanical and magnetic properties of Fe-Ni-P-Pd alloys containing different ratios of the element. Glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, liquidus temperature, reduced glass transition temperature, supercooled liquid region, Curie temperature, spin-freezing temperature, enthalpy of crystallization, paramagnetic Curie temperature, susceptibility, X-ray diffraction profile, heat capacity, heating rate, magnetization curve, thermoremanent magnetization curve, isothermal remanent magnetization curve and magnetic phase diagram are notable among the properties reported here.
