Structural, thermal, mechanical and magnetic properties of Al-Co-Fe-Nd alloys

Abstract

This chapter provides structural, thermal, mechanical and magnetic properties of Al-Co-Fe-Nd alloys containing different ratios of the element. X-ray diffraction profile, thermal expansion curve, linear expansion coefficient, glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, melting temperature, dynamic mechanical analysis, stress strain curve, storage modulus, loss modulus, thermomagnetic curve, magnetization curve, hysteresis loop, Curie temperature, coercive force, saturation magnetic moment, melt spinning speed and remanent magnetization are notable among the properties reported here.
