Thermal and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Hf-Zr alloys

Abstract

This chapter provides thermal and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-Hf-Zr alloys containing different ratios of the element. Glass transition temperature, reduced glass transition temperature, crystallization temperature, liquidus temperature, critical diameter, Young's elastic modulus, Vickers hardness, compressive fracture strength and compressive plastic strain are notable among the properties reported here.
